This directive was given in October, 1994 to the original employees of our first Subway Restaurant in the Embassy Lakes Shopping Center.  It is the motto that my wife and I stand by today.

To accomplish this goal we do our utmost to offer good value, to provide the finest food including freshly baked breads, to keep our restaurants sparkling clean, to present fast friendly service, and to never lose sight of how important you, the Customer, are to us.

We strive for perfection in adhering to these standards.
